The inaugural SiGMA AMERICAS virtual gaming summit is focusing solely on the gaming industry across Central and South America. This latest addition to the SiGMA series follows the highly successful events held for Asia and Europe. It is designed to provide an in-depth view of the complex gaming ecosystem in Latin America (LatAm).
Betcris, the leading gaming operator in the LatAm region, will participate in the event, as Head of Business Development Fernando Garita is scheduled to participate in one of the summit’s high-profile panels.
The SiGMA Americas summit will run from September 22 to 24, completely online. The “Cracking The iGaming LatAm Market: Dealing With A Diverse Landscape” panel will take place on September 22 from 4:50 to 5:15 PM, Central European Summer Time, and will address some of the challenges operators face as they try to enter specific countries based on the different rules and regulations implemented by each target country. It will also explore trends seen in the LatAm gaming market, as well as how new operators can prepare for entry.
Alongside Garita Will be Enjoy S.A. Business Manager Juan Ignacio Juanena, Condor Gaming Chief Operating Officer Oliver De Bone and Pragmatic Play Sales & Business Development, LatAm Hub Juan Carlos Dellepiane. All will be available to share their points of view on how the gaming ecosystem is changing across the region, and how each operator is approaching LatAm growth differently. They will also delve into the different methods being employed to analyze existing markets, as well as new growth opportunities.
The SiGMA AMERICAS summit is a perfect example of how the gaming industry continues to unify its resources to ensure a viable progression of gaming operations everywhere. It will bring together more than 115 speakers, including global casino and iGaming operators, regulators, financial analysts and thought leaders from across LatAm and beyond, enabling productive talks and discussions on the future of the gaming industry in the region.
The summit will be held in conjunction with another SiGMA-led event, AIBC AMERICAS. This section will take place on September 24, and, according to SiGMA, “AI, Blockchain, IoT, Robotics, and Emerging technologies are driving the digital age into the future. AIBC AMERICAS is a premium content and networking platform that provides an opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds of the industry, strike deals with the biggest brands, and engage leading suppliers.”
